Planning & Warehouse Mananger

Qualifications:

Management of planning department, inventory and warehouse documentation

Job profile: 

• Deliveries of the division's GDP (including buying/selling activity of complementary products)
• Inventories of the division (kg, inventory in process, profit and loss)
• Delivery times and customer service metrics
• Planning the supply of raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Responsibility for inventory counts
• Leading IT improvement processes
• Entering values + sorting invoices (first for entry audit and after confirmation of location in the warehouse)
• Preparing shipments + invoices for sale to various suppliers
• Ordering products and equipment for the entire plant
• Dealing with the removal of all waste (resistors, paper, cardboard, garbage, iron, jerrycans, wood, etc.)
• Dealing with external suppliers + coordination with maintenance technicians

Your profile:

• Master’s degree and/or intense experience in Supply Chain Management, Material and Production Planning in a manufacturing environment ideally in Electronics.
• Competence and experience in leading a small team of people.
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Professional and active communication behavior with different people in production, divisional and global functional management like purchasing, marketing, controlling or logistics.
• Experiences with SAP ERP (ECC), SCM, and any Manufacturing Execution system are desirable.
• Experience in working with MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel from time to time within Israel and rarely worldwide.
• Very good Hebrew and English skills.
