Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology?  Vishay HiRel Marshall, MN is currently seeking a day shift Production Supervisor.  This position will be responsible for meeting production goals, quality and cost objectives.  They will also supervisor direct and indirect labor such as operators and assembler to ensure effeicient operations. 



  • Direct supervision of production process and personnel
  • Monitor, evaluate, and interpret data to ensure process integrity and specification compliance
  • Plans production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements
  • Train and develop production staff regarding policies, procedures, and related job responsibilities



  • Preferred 5 years of supversory experience in manufacturing or related production area
  • Preferred BS degree in electrical, mechanical or business related disclipline OR HS diploma with application job related training and experience
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer and software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate effectively in person and in writing
  • Complete tasks in creative and effective ways
  • Ability to work on assignments requiring considerable judement and initiative
