Where You'll Work & The Scope:

Vishay in Malvern, PA  is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for the direct talent acquisition strategy and process of Vishay. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a developer of centralized talent acquisition activities for the Americas region ensuring a consistent recruitment and applicant experience. This role will manage all aspects of recruitment from recruiters, employer branding and metrics, and help inform the global TA strategy by representing the Americas.


How You'll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Act as a consultant/business partner with HRBP’s to develop strategies.
  • Understand the needs of various locations’ positions, cultures, and hiring needs.
  • Present labor market intelligence and provide consultation to HRBPs and location/division teams.
  • Manage a team of internal recruiters to source and fill regional jobs.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with HRBP’s/HR recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, as well as coaching through the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
  • Train HR users on proper leveraging/utilization of applicant tracking system and the recruitment process
  • Manage relationship with external partners to understand ROI
  • Support recruitment marketing and branding for the applicant tracking system, websites, social media activity, and the employee referral program.
  • Promote the candidate experience through business acumen, knowledge of benefits and value proposition for Vishay employees
  • Proactively monitor and measure effectiveness of all recruitment activities
  • Oversee Affirmative Action Plan and submittal as well as ensure & communicate that the overall AAP process and actions are up to date.
  • Represent the Americas in the development of global TA strategies


Experience You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition activities, and management of a team of recruiters
  • Experience designing and implementing successful talent acquisition campaigns
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, developing hiring strategies, establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Experience forging productive alliances with colleges, universities, and analyzing HRIS-based talent acquisition data.
