Compensation Analyst

Vishay in Malvern, PA is currently seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst responisble for Maintaining, processing, all compensation matters for the US entities

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, enhance and implement the organization's compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools
  • Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of compensation information and data to assist management in effective decision making, develop clear visuals to communicate findings
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive compensation solutions that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies
  • Perform job evaluation, market pricing, and ad-hoc compensation analyses
  • Execute merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes
  • Review and approve proposed compensation adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Evaluate programs and reviews trends, changes in legislation/regulation, and/or advancements in technology to make recommendations for changes and improvements
  • May assist with participation and analysis of global or local compensation surveys
  • Mange monthly headcount reporting and personnel cost reconciliation.  Provides relevant analysis to Finance department.
  • Coordinates personnel cost development, budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • UltiPro, TM1 and SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
