Translator Document Control Clerk

Collects all production notices printed. Capable to identify standard and not standard products.

Generates bar code labels for every production notice.

Identifies all special products that require test and process information.

Verifies test and process information, Spanish availability and revision level using MQ1 and Paradox data base

Generates needed number of copies of test and process information and all other applicable documentation, properly stamps these

Prepares, maintains and follow up of all pending production notices.

If no test and process information is available, contacts drafting and engineering departments. If translation or update is required, generate a work request to initiate procedure

Notifies via e-mail the Production Control and Engineering Department when a production notices does not leave the department

Checks on daily basis status of pending production notices

Maintains a daily record of all production notices and test and process information processed.

Communicates with Columbus Data Processing Personnel, for reprints, and reset of printers when necessary

Communicates with Production Control and Engineer status of pending production notices.

Distribution and stamping of print copies

Must have of basic knowledge of all office software and MQ1

Equipment Utilization: Personal computer, copy machine, printers and plotters
