Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology?  Vishay UltraSource is seeking a 1st or 2nd shift, full time Production Operator.  The Production Operator will help the cell meet its daily production obligations by adhering to quality and workmanship standards and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate.


Responsibilites (ETCH)

  • Verify etching equipment is in proper working condition before using.
  • Make-up all etching chemicals per routings and manufacturing procedures.
  • Chemical change-overs using proper PPE
  • Inspect substrates for proper photoresist quality prior to etching.
  • Touch up intricate images, holes, slots using a hand/foot dispenser and microscope.
  • Wet etch substrates using manual and automated methods.
  • Verify critical dimensions (CD’s) on substrates as required using Nikon microscope system.
  • Tape test or otherwise inspect etched substrates to ensure quality etching.
  • Strip photoresist from substrates and inspect 100% for complete cleanliness.

  • Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a in a cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
  • Must be able to handle small/fragile substrates.
  • Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
  • Good visual acuity (lens correction as required).
  • Able to perform inspections under microscope.
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy.
