Where You’ll Work & The Scope:

Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking a full-time Product Manager at our Hollis, NH location. This role will support our customer base with technical knowledge for our assigned product line and will implement objectives and strategies for the organization to maximize market potential and sales volume.

 

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Maintain and strengthen close relationships with the customers

  • Grow revenue through development of new business

  • Develop and launch new products ideas, services and business opportunities

  • Provide marketing intelligence to justify capital spending projects

  • In partnership with Senior Management assist in annual budget process, forecasting, 5 year planning, and business reviews

  • Conduct market assessments to identify changes, trends, and competitors’ information and evaluate how these factors may impact Division margin and revenue

  • Other responsibilities as required

 

Experience You’ll Need:

  • Ideal candidate will possess an innovative mindset, have flexibility, and thrive in a changing business environment

  • 5+ years of engineering based work experience as Process, R & D or Field Applications in electronic fabrications (i.e. thin film, PCB or semiconductors)

  • College undergraduate degree with relevant experience in a technical or engineering discipline required

  • Product Marketing Experience

  • Strong technical skills in MS Office products, CAD and knowledge of ERP systems

  • Strong customer orientation and service delivery approach with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen including the ability to interpret and make recommendations/ decisions based on data

  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

  • Willing to travel globally
