Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology?  Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is currently seeking a First Shift Manufacturing Operator  who will be responsible for performing various entry level tasks in the CM department. The intention of this position is to develop an entry level candidate, and introduce them to various manufacturing tasks. The Manufacturing Operator will help the cells they work in meet their daily production obligations, by adhering to quality and workmanship standards, and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate.

 

Responsibilities:

        Fixture Preparation

  • Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation of hotplates
  • Responsible for handling chemicals, chemical changeover and disposal of chemicals with proper PPE 
  • Completely and accurately record data in the appropriate logs
  • Make-up etching chemicals per manufacturing procedures
  • Perform visual microscope inspection

        Fixture Loading

  • Use tweezers to load small parts into fixtures and boats
  • Practice clean as you go practices

        Sputter Cleaner

  • Follow documented cleaning processes
  • Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation of hotplates
  • Responsible for handling chemicals, chemical changeover and disposal of chemicals with proper PPE 
  • Completely and accurately record data in the appropriate logs
  • Perform visual microscope inspection

 

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred. 
  • Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to perform work under a microscope.

  • Demonstrated ability handling small and fragile parts.

  • Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
