Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology?  Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, New Hampshire is seeking to hire a full-time Final Visual Inspector who will be responsible for performing final visual inspection of our thin film circuits. The Final Inspector is expected to maintain or exceed the degree of excellence required by the internal and external customers of this department. This includes following AS9100 policies, procedures and work instructions, and viewing quality as a top priority.



  • Perform accurate visual inspection of thin film circuits in accordance with Customer drawings, Workmanship standards, and specification requirements.
  • Conduct visual inspection to verify fine detail work.
  • Package product per specification.
  • Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP system and other databases.
  • Document and report inspection findings and results.
  • Read and interpret acceptable standards and quality requirements.
  • Reports to the Team Leader in the Final Department.
  • Works closely with all team members in the cell and Processing Engineering.



  • 2 + years of visual microscope inspection experience required.
  • Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.  
  • Ability to sit and inspect product through microscope for up to 8 hours/shift.
  • Ability to use and read basic inspection and metrology tools including micrometers and calipers.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
  • Ability to produce Quality work under pressure and at times in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift hours which are Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am. 
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy.
