Where You’ll Work & The Scope

Vishay Intertechnology North America is currently seeking a Manager of Business Marketing responsible for supporting our Sales team to increase awareness and grow sales of Opto products.  The Manager of Business Marketing will focus on revenue growth with clear objectives to win new designs, penetrate the customer base, train partners in field, all in collaboration with other regional colleagues and the division.  This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to negotiate, coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional technical, multi-national, sales and operations teams.  Understands how to make a business successful and drive actions to closure.  Has exceptional communication and presentation skills; written and verbal. And with a desire to challenge convention.

How you will help us build the DNA of Tech

• Define and drive the go-to-market product strategies and tactics through interaction with Sales and channel partners.
• Develop compelling product launch collateral.
• Inspire and continuously enable Sales through product training and end-customer support.
• Provide price quotations, prepare RFQ responses, and participate in annual price negotiations.
• Price products competitively while delivering on revenue and margin goals.
• Facilitate and enable advertising decisions with corporate marcom and distribution managers.
• Coordinate promotional, training, and quoting activities with regional colleagues
• Coordinate with the division to ensure strategies and tactics are well aligned with and prioritized to evolving business and market conditions
• Represent the voice of the customers and the voice of the market being supported.

Experience You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of industry experience in an engineering discipline
• Marketing experience in a distribution partner facing role
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry landscape
