Job description:

Implement process improvement strategies.

Work with the staff\team to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.

Identify and manage process improvement projects.

Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.

Develop and maintain process related documents.

Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.

Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.

Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements

Ability to work in multi-functional environment and under high pressure

Excellent human relations

Team leader qualities

Requirements:

Master’s degree in chemistry / Bachelor’s Degree Chemistry Engineering or Materials Engineering.

Basic chemistry academic education is mandatory

2 + years in industry with an advantage of Process Engineering

Fluent English - speaking, writing & understanding

Good presentation and networking skills

Computer knowledge
