 Job description:
• Management of the production floor and responsibility for compliance with work plans and work procedures.
• Meeting the operational objectives: production quantities, productivity.
• Meeting department quality goals.
• Management and compliance with safety objectives.
• Management and compliance with the 5 S targets.
• Responsibility for the human resources in the department: authority, coordination between work stations and mobility of employees accordingly

Requirements:
• Industrial / Mechanical Engineering / Machinery / Electronics / Chemistry- an advantage  Experience in the industry 3-4 years
• Control of OFFICE software.
• English - High level.
• Ability to work in a team

• Familiarity with the Lean methodology- an advantage

• Working in two shifts - 12 h. each one
