Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology? Vishay Barry is currently seeking an Assembly Operator on first shift.
Responsibilities:
- Operators will handle, test and inspect small electrical components.
- Tasks include visual inspection and electrical test using multimeter.
- Tasks may vary requiring flexibility and versatility.
Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work the 1st shift schedule of 6am to 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday.
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform work under a microscope.
- Good hand/ eye coordination.
- Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to use a microscope to find and identify defects.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
- Computer experience and/or understanding required.
- Inspection and/or assembly experience required.
- Must be able to follow and navigate through repetitive multi-step computer-testing software.
