Primary Responsiblities:

1. Develop new source, new product, package at subcontractor & product transfer to subcon
2. Coordinate with related functional departments to develop new source, new product, package in subcontractor, product transfer to subcontractor
3. Follow up qualification completed mass production and shipment
4. Define, propose, drive subcontracting direction
5. Review market situation and internal requirement to propose strategy, define the direction, tactics and drive it to achieve the target
6. Well know assembly house business Act and give technical or commercial supporting to subcontractor to fix problems
7. Conduct market survey and collect market and competitors’ information
8. Support Purchasing in price negotiation & settle agreement issue with subcontractors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, MBA or equivalent
2. At least 8 years experience in engineering or operation function of semiconductor
3. At least 5 years experience in management position
4. Fluent verbal & written English
5. Familiar with Diodes process & business environment
