Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for Sr. Manager Controlling to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will work on consolidation / coordination of division strategic plan, yearly budget and rolling forecast, provide related reports and analysis to support decision making and performance evaluation / management.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and consolidate division strategic plan, provide related analysis and reports

• Division yearly financial budget, work with location controllers, function heads, and division controlling team to provide consolidate reports and drive project implementation.

• Division quarterly forecast. Provide rolling forecast related reports and analysis, identify variances and drive for improvements.

• Other ad hoc analysis and reports related to business analysis, projects evaluation and performance management.

• Process improvement and team development to ensure efficient and qualitative deliveries of the function.

What you will bring along:

• Professional knowledge about general accounting, finance report and analysis, performance management.

• Related working experience as business partner, FP&A

• Good communication and coordination
