Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Quote Management Analyst In this position you will play a key role in ensuring that our Quote management processes are efficient and consistently meet internal and external customer needs.

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

What you will be doing:

1.       Quote Management: Oversee the Quote management process and ensure that quotes are processed in timely and accurate manner.

2.       Cross-Functional Coordination/Organization: Coordinate with internal functional groups to ensure seamless quote processing and timely turnaround of quote response.

3.       Problem Solving: Handle any issues that may arise during the Quote process.

4.       Report and KPIs: Generate and publish reports timely and ensure meeting quotation KPIs

5.       Customer Satisfaction: Always act with customer in mind; ability to fulfill and resolve customer issues/concerns without compromising company interests

What you will bring along:

1.       Bachelor's degree or higher.

2.       1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a distribution or manufacturing company.

3.       Experience with process automation.

4.       Excellent coordination and communication skills.

5.       Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.

6.       Strong customer service skills.

7.       Ability to adapt to changes.

8.       Hands-on experience with SAP SD Module preferred.

9.       Proficiency in MS Office preferred.
